Networks delete on every restart

I'm on FTB Beyond 1.5.3 which has FluxNetworks 1.2.2. This bug is new to the last version or two. Every server restart, all networks are deleted server wide, forcing players to recreate and setup all nodes on their networks after every restart. We restart every three hours. As you can imagine, this is annoying for people. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I logged in to find the network gone and this was the latest log. Sorry for the delay and I hope this contains what you seek. I should also mention that it isn't consistent. As in, not every restart does it. Only most do.
Now, for me, my networks don't delete after restarts, but various connections to a network will stop being connected correctly. It'll still be on the network according to the GUI, but it won't actually be transmitting/receiving power. It seems to be random parts of my network. Could be 1 part or several parts. Happens at almost any time.
I can fix the problem by setting the improper block to a different network, then back to the original.
I have some logs from my server, right after a crash from a different problem. Hopefully they'll have some startup information for you.

Was there actually a problem? Because I had figured out that pre-generated chunks on my server were causing a different problem. If there was, then awesome!! I really, really like this mod. So far, good work man.
