Visual Bug when Oculus is also installed [ MC Version 1.16.5 ]

Describe the Bug
Added Flywheel and Create to a personal modpack and noticed that the default chests were pitch black. I tested with and without shaders. I even removed all texture packs to see if that was the cause. Chest still pure black. The textures would only render properly if I either remove Flywheel or Oculus. This visual bug also extends to create blocks though only the parts designed to move as static elements of blocks would have their textures as normal. Everything works as it should they just appear completely black. I also tested this by removing all otehr mods except for rubidium, oculus, flywheel, and create and still experienced the same visual issue.
Reproduction Steps
- Have latest version of forge installed for 1.16.5
- Add Rubidium, Oculus, Flywheel, and Create
- Go into any world and place any chest type or create block designed to move such as a gear
...
Expected Result
For Chests and Create Blocks to render their textures normally and not be pitch black

It's been steadily reported for a few weeks now for both 1.16.5 and 1.18 on both Flywheel's issue tracker as well as Oculus'. Not sure which side would need to implement a fix but I'm assuming Oculus. Here's my comment I posted a couple of days ago detailing the same issue: Jozufozu/Flywheel/issues/115.
