Describe the Bug

I am playing a custom mod pack I am building on the curse forge client. I will try to start the latest version of all my mods and I keep getting an error from forge saying that some files require another version of flywheel that does not exist in the files menu. Images attached.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Install the create mod, flywheel and the mods listed in the screenshot
  2. run the mod pack

Expected Result

The game was expected to boot up normally.

until the version is properly uploaded to curseforge and modrinth you can get 0.6.9 from their maven: https://maven.tterrag.com/com/jozufozu/flywheel/flywheel-forge-1.18.2/0.6.9-101/

Flywheel 0.6.9 will not be uploaded to CurseForge and Modrinth. It is included with Create 0.5.1.c/d and should not be installed separately.

then it turns out my issue is that i had an older version of create which did not have flywheel built-in. in trying to update my modpack, i ran into the same issue where flywheel gets stuck in 0.6.8a and create 0.5.1 flags the issue. the correct procedure in that case then is not to update the discrete flywheel jar but to remove it altogether

since i did not look at the curseforge page for create to download it but rather just used my launcher's update feature, i was sent on a wild goose chase that led me here. hopefully others will find this useful now
