i cant play because i cant update to 0.6.9 and how do i import the jar file to forge

Reproduction Steps

1.download create
2.get any mod the requires flywheel
3.download update for mod if there is one then get a error saying it needs flywheel 0.6.9
...

A NORMAL CREATIVE CREATE EXPERICNECE
