1.16.5 Server Bug ( Create ) | Invisible Blocks

Describe the Bug
Blocks connected to an automated contraption turn invisible once the movement stops. You can walk against them but it behaves very buggy and there's the possibility to get stuck in. They reappear once the construction starts moving again or you try to place a block in their place.
This only happens on a server while everything works as intended in Singleplayer
Reproduction Steps
1.Activate for example Elevator
2.Elevator will move as intended
...
Expected Result
Once the Elevator has come to a halt, the blocks forming said elevator will turn invisible

I am also having this issue on the BetterMC Plus Modpack. Other than that we're running 1.18.2, the issue is exactly the same. Here is my report I made for the pack. Consensus on this issue seems to be that fabric is the cause.
