Forge 2777
I discovered issue appeared in 0.10.3
0.10.2 DOESNT HAVE THIS ISSUE ON FORGE 2777 BUT IT DOES ON 2778 AND ABOVE

This seems to be issue with Immersive Railroading 390, rustic 1.0.15, and foamfix 0.10.3 <-- removing any of those mods causes the issue to disappear, changing foamfix back to 0.10.2 also fixes the issue
