The mipmap preset tweak in FoamFix causes issues with Default Options, as you generate an options.txt before DefaultOptions has the oppurtunity to, and once Default Options gets around to loading default configs, it finds the existing options.txt and proceeds to skip overwriting it.

If it's not possible to work around this, I suggest maybe adding a warning on the mod website informing users about this?

I also encountered this issue. I simply just disabled it since I'm literally doing the same thing that FoamFix does to the options file so therefore the feature is unnecessary. Perhaps some fail safe catch would be good to implement though.
