For now we can't get the essence infuser block if not in creative. Write ideas down:

• Add a recipe for the block (no recipe!)
• Make spawn a structure with the block (keep the recipe or not?)
• Change how to break the block: do we get it, with which tools, ...

First structure with the block in this commit (gonna change it later, that was a try)
