Can't upgrade my hephaestus forge

The maximum amount of souls, xp, blood and aureal isnt enought to upgrade the forge from tier 1 to tier 2
Here, im supposed to place 10 souls to upgrade the forge but i can only put one
I'm playing on the cisco's fanstasy medieval RPG modpack which have the latest forbidden arcanus mod version
