Tool and armor recipes don't exist in 1.21.1 versions

Describe the bug
Recipes for Draco Arcanus tools and armor, as well as the other sets, don't exist in 1.21.1 versions, compared to 1.20.1.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a NeoForge Minecraft instance in 1.21.1
  2. Join a world
  3. using JEI, attempt to look up recipes for Draco Arcanus tools and armor, etc.

Expected behavior
The recipes should be there

  • Forbidden & Arcanus: 1.21.1-2.5.17
  • Valhelsia Core: 1.21.1-1.1.5
  • NeoForge: 21.1.180
