[1.21.1] Walls do not connect and are missing tags

Describe the bug
Forbidden Arcanus walls do not connect to other Forbidden Arcanus walls. They connect fine with vanilla blocks and walls (albeit the vanilla wall will not connect back). Additionally the regular darkstone wall is missing its pickaxe mineable tag.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Place 2 Forbidden Arcanus walls next to each other
  2. You're done

Expected behavior
Forbidden Arcanus walls should connect to each other as well as have non Forbidden Arcanus walls connect back to them.
Also "forbidden_arcanus:darkstone_wall" should be added to the mineable/pickaxe.json
