[Issue] Vazkii added nugget versions of botania ingots in the actual mod, use them instead

Botania has added nugget versions of all 3 ingots, only the terrasteel one has usage now. But I'm afraid that other two will have use maybe later. How about using botania's nuggets when making the wand caps. Luckily crafting manasteel gives Forbidden Magic ones.

Manasteel Nuggets: Botania:manaResource:17
Elementium Nuggets: Botania:manaResource:19

Or you could add them on oredict, botania already added their nuggets on oredict
