It seems the "Consuming" enchant is hard-coded to work on a certain list of blocks. Thing is, in some modded worlds, cobblestone does not exist commonly and "trash blocks" are something else entirely, as is the case with Zeno410's "Underground Biomes Constructs" mod. It would be neat if support for some of the "alternate cobble" mods were added, or, more generally, if it could read a list of "trash blocks" from a config file so modpack authors could do it themselves without having to bug you.
