[Bug]: Cannot find Power ore (1.20.1)

General Info
- I am running a modpack
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
- I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
- I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
- I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
- I am using the latest version of the mod

Issue Description
Hey,
Not sure if the Bug Section is the right place for it, but didnt find any better.
The problem is, i cant find ANY Power Ore. Not a single one. Because of that, i downloaded a Mod called "Advanced Finder" which finds Ore via Compass. And i did fly with Creative Mode around Walls, Caves....everywhere! Yes, below Y48 and above. But the Mod must kinda work because in Creative Mode i can cheat me these Ores but they arent laying around. Not sure if i should get a Book Ingame for this Mod?
Has anyone ever had the problem?
