Would it be possible to get Stripped variants of the logs from Forestry?

I appreciate this might take a while due to the nature of texturing and whatnot and the sheer quantity of woods this would impact

This is definitely planned. I still want to redo the log textures before moving onto the stripped variants, so this will take some time.
