Currently, there is no way to have a Diurnal-only and Nocturnal-only variants of the same species. It was then suggested that we make the Diurnal/Nocturnal property a chromosome that could be modified through breeding. However, getting rid of the property and the never sleeps chromosome is the most flexible option and allows for other kinds of sleeping behavior, like Crepuscular (twilight) and Cathemeral (random sleeping).

Proposed types:

• Diurnal: Works during the day
• Nocturnal: Works during the night
• Metaturnal: Always works
• Crepescular: Works during the sunrise and sunset
• Cathemeral: Sleeps at irregular intervals (ex. every 8000 ticks, sleep for 4000 ticks)
