Charcoal Wall JEI values ignore amount.base config

The amount.base config option to control how much charcoal charcoal piles give is ignored by JEI, it always gives values as if it was set to 9. The default value is even 8.
Should just have to change this line I think.
Error is present in 383 of Forestry from curseforge.
