Suggest configurable villager deals, especially tree species chance.

Incentive:

• When multiple mods adds villagers, there is less chance to get Forestry Villagers, so it reduces chances of forestry deals overall.
• When Binnie ExtraBees/ExtraTrees are present, chances to deal tree species are diluted.
  Cycled through like 800 villagers professions, with roughly 40 arborist and obtained 0 deal of Giant Sequoia, but got all other tree species as deal. I could obtain every trees without breeding but could not obtain a Giant Sequoia.

I'd like to be able to re-balance chances to obtain specific species as deals. Even be able to set chance to 0 to prevent some species as a deal.
