Coal does`t picked up to miner backpack

Can't put coal in miner backpack automatically. If put it in backpack manually, coal appears in inventory after closing backpack's GUI.

I have attempted to replicate this issue using a world with Forestry 5.8.2.422, the latest release of IC2, and the latest release of JEI, and I am unable to get this to occur. I mined a block of coal and it went directly into the mining backpack with no problems.
