Multifarm dont work if move away from base. Is there a solution to the problem?

Hi! Guys tell me pliz... The problem is with the multi-farm forestry. If you move away from the base for some distance (I suspect the distance of drawing), then it stops working. The chankloader (from mod Chickenchunks) is worth it, but it doesn't help. The farm starts working again if you return to the base. I play without a server...
How can I solve the problem?
Moving the world to the server can help or not? Or is there some kind of chunkloader simulating the presence of the player?

LOL this problem not even Forestry related. You just need a mod that adds Chunkloader. Most popular is probably Chicken Chunks (CC for short) mod. CC adds a chunkloader that is fully customizable. There also some blocks from other mods that loads chunks. I heard that BuildCraft Quarry can load chunks but I not sure is this true.
This is in large part guessing from my end:
There is a lot of mechanisms in Minecraft that require player proximity. It isn't always enough to have a chunk loaded. A loaded chunk can still be inactive. I would assume that Chicken Chunks would be able to keep ticks going, but if nothing is growing I could be wrong.
Forestry relies on normal growth ticks and those simply just doesn't run if the player is too far away.
Hmmm... Then this is a big problem. Also if you are on server almost always chunkloaders are disabled to not cause lag.
@ianlavr I used Chickenchunks chunkloader (and write about this in first message), but it dos not help... And I play localy, without server.
In one of the social networks, I found the answer that trees in minecraft do not grow if the player is not near a multi-farm. And loading chunks doesn't help with that... I can't stay near the multi-farm all the time, because I'm playing with the Gregtech mod, which greatly affects FPS if all the mechanisms are built in one place. It is necessary to build several bases at a certain distance. One of them is a farm and everything connected with it. Is there a way to simulate the presence of a player near a multi-farm?
