Everytime I try loading my world I keeps giving me the same crash report and I dont know how to fix - please help

Seems like same problem. Autor fix that using nbt explorer.

you must find stack of leaves in your inventory or inventory of block and delete them. Seems like stack of leaves on hotbar of your charecter.
