Wiki Link in README.md is broken for both the dev/1.18.x and mc-1.12 branches

The dev/1.18.x branch links to http://forestry.sengir.net/ and mc-1.12 links to https://forestryforminecraft.info/, neither of which appear to be up.
A temporary solution could be linking to the wayback machine's capture at https://web.archive.org/web/20180224035426/http://forestryforminecraft.info/
A more permanent solution could be migrating the old wiki to the github wiki page.
