[Suggestion]: Create a new catalog of 24w18a snapshot

I want to build it with 24w18a support, but it get problem. The sharedcatalogs can't found.
Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration 'incomingCatalogForLibs0'.

Possible solution:

I‘m not interested in supporting snapshots. Feel free to provide a fork yourself though.
I don't know how to make my own fork of this sharedcatalogs package, it requires your package to build.
