Allow plots to be subdivided this way you can have players make and manage their own towns.

If you want players to have towns just use MyTown2. It has better protection than forge essentials anyway. Plots are already very buggy. Subdividing them would just add more problems. It is better to use a mod dedicated to preventing greif then a mod designed for server administration. Plots in forge essentials are best used for special effects (safe-zones, etc), then for protecting stuff.
