In some commands when i try to get a group not to be able to use the command. it automatically lets them able to use it.

I can't help you unless you post your entire permissions.json file. For example, I have had no problems with the stated node. so it is probably a dependency issue.

is scrub your basic group?

At line 182, fe.teleport.tppos is set to true
