[Playerlogger] Log player positions

Log player positions every configurable X seconds (default 1 - min 0.25)
.(if possible without FE client) Send fake-player entities to client when doing /rollback
.(if 2. not possible) Extend FE client with ghost player feature (not part of this issue though)
