CubicChunks and MultiWorld module incompatibility

CustomCubic worldgen cannot be used in dimension other than 0, with MultiWorld ForgeEssentials module.

@Adam-R-Kaminski I would like to get this issue closed soon. Do you mind verifying that Multi-World works with Cubic Chunks correctly?
