I have a problem on my server
when I put a command block somewhere,
then it disappears again but i have op rights

Server version (Build #62 (26.06.2019 04:49:56) forgeessentials-1.12.2-12.3.62-server.jar)
client (Build #62 (26.06.2019 04:49:56) forgeessentials-1.12.2-12.3.62-client.jar

and yes i have enable "enable-command-block=true"
but it does not work the only thing that helps that i forgeessentials uninstall (remove from mod dir)

and the sever logs say Nothing

where is the enable command block true located
