A feature I seen before that I loved a lot in old bukkit plugins was the ability to create your own /help file. It used something like MOTD with pages and such as well. You can customize them via color codes and such like you would do with a motd.

Reason: Sometimes mods are messy sometimes you don't need or want to display all the commands, etc. I rather just share / show the relevant ones to our users.

Discretion: I use 1.7.10 myself but would still love this feature in newer versions as it has always been quite a nice option for those who prefer it.
