There is no way to invoke a command as op while not being an actual op.

And addon to /fedoas in the form of /fesudo with the alias /sudo which will perform the parameters as if it was invoked as op which is slightly different from console.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no alternative in this universum. I have traveled the stars and found only Bukkit and it's descendants. All are incompatible for obvious reasons.
