Initial Steps.

  • [Yes] I have updated to the latest build from Jenkins before reporting a bug
  • [Yes] I have checked, if the bug was not already reported by using the search.
  • [Yes] Attached is my ForgeEssentials/modlist.txt, my latest.log, and my debug.log
    debug-1.log.gz
    2020-10-14-3.log.gz
modlist.txt (I used build 85 when the issue was present)
ForgeEssentials.zip (I also attached my ForgeEssentials folder)
(THE FOLDER DOESN'T INCLUDE ANY LIBRARIES. ADD THEM MANUALLY)

Describe the bug.
The server finished loading the spawn and got stuck. It didn't let players join with the message "Disconnecting Player: Server is still starting! Please wait before reconnecting." RAM usage got to about 1.5 GB and didn't move. CPU usage did the same at around 35% (one core of an i9-9990K, shared hosting, not VPS).

To Reproduce.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
| 1 | Get the mods on a server and start it (maybe start the server with 84 first and then update to 85?)
| 2 | Wait until the spawn loads.
| 3 | See error. The server should be stuck and players shouldn't be able to join.

Expected behavior.
The server starts correctly and lets players join.
