There is no fashion for regions like WorldGuard, it is difficult for Administrators with servers without Bukkit to make a public server.

There is no fashion for regions like WorldGuard for 1.7.10, it is difficult for Administrators with servers without Bukkit to make a public server.

Describe the solution that you would like to
"Port" WorldGuard, so to speak. Make at least the regions themselves and the most important flags like pvp, chest-access, and so on.
