Describe the bug

The snad or red snad block doesnt grow sugar cane or cactus faster

Steps to reproduce

Place snad down
place suger can on snad
watch that it dosnt grow fast

Expected behaviour

Snad should accelerate growth

Do you have Apotheosis manmaed? ....... it is likely that apotheosis replaces vanilla Cactus and Sugar cane and that the SNAD author either can not be bothered (no response in 6 weeks) or believes changing vanilla items is a sin so is not willing to accommodate, strange belief for a mod author but I have seen it before, Quark I think it was changed the vanilla compass and Minecolonies refused to add the code to allow it's builder to recognize it. It may be easier to get the apotheosis author to include a "FastSand" and eliminate the issue that way.

I believe there are too many incompatibilities between 1.19.2 and 1.19.3 and it will be rare for large modpacks to make that transition. If I get the time, and both SNAD and Apotheosis have 1.19.3 versions I may toss them together and check but time is not my friend ATM.

Yeah I wasn't into MC modding for a while. The FTB team didn't reply, so I don't know if this is an actual snad issue. If the modpack was updated to 1.19.3, you can use the latest version of Snad and check if issue is present. Thanks
