Look into a potential incompatibility with vanilla tweaks as reported on discord.

The problem occurs when using the redstone power level option. Disabling this seems to fix the issue. I have absolutely no idea why this resource should cause this issue.

The issue was caused by not reloading models when loading a new resource pack.

This issue is also present when using Faithful x32 resource pack.
