Add support for visual variations of tool parts

Adding support for creating tool part using different skins to customise your tools. I haven't decided if skins should enhance the tools properties, but a system like that would be very cool. In the first place I probably don't need to implement stat changes.
Upgrades/skins should be applied with a pattern/schematic found in the world, creating tool parts with this schematic will create a tool part with different visuals. I will probably use the exact same technique for creating textures as with the default system.
