Oversight: Iron and diamond refined/mastercrafted pickaxe heads have default mining speed attribute in default configuration.

Only Forgero installed. Version 0.10.2. minecraft 1.19.2.
Mining speed attribute is set to default iron and diamond refined/mastercrafted pickaxe heads. It doesn't show in tooltip as well.
This is NOT true of other materials and rarity variants.
