Kuruks are ancient creatures living inside the forest. They are elk-like beings, walking upright. They have longer fur than normal deer, and feed mostly on bark, leaving empty spots on woods around it.

The Kuruks take care of the forest, planting sapling and protecting trees from damage from other beings. They live in elder trees, bringing up their youngs. Only one Kuruk may inhabit a forest at a time.

The young kuruks drop fine kuruk fur, and the elder one drops the heart of the forest.
