Animation support doesnt work anymore, errors about me needing to have a 7 x 7 file. When you do have that is cries about wrong frames. This is specifically on palettes for now

Did a quick test just now, got it working on a old branch. But newer indeed errors saying the frame time is not multiple of 7

I am closing this as it has been proven it works -> there is still something wrong with animation support in compat folders but I have found a illegal workaround and will use that for now.
