Void fog spawns at wrong -Y coordinate below bedrock

as far as i can tell void fog particles are identical to how they ware before removal
(minor diffrences including it not bugging out at high coords anymore)
it might feeel diffrent because i didn't get around to adding the actuall fog closing in?
Yeah , and honestly i thinkit feels different since mc has now different depths, so i were expecting to see a bit of fog in the ancient city
