To reproduce simply install the mod on 1.19.1 and run the game, it will crash instantly. Then go into your config folder and change the following settings:

linkify_urls=unset -> linkify_urls=banned
ping_privacy=unset -> ping_privacy=banned

Now the game will work just fine. I'm 99% sure it has something to do with the new chat system. Sorry if it's to be expected, since 1.19.1 just came out, but the mod is tagged as 1.19.1 ready on CF.
