The title says it all. When having it enabled, neither ladders nor vines can be climbed. When disabling it, climbing works again. I discovered this by falling down an igloo. Interestingly enough, I didn't get any fall damage.
Tested afterwards with a fresh install with only Fabrication and Modmenu.
