Serverside crash with Forgiving Void (Mod failed to load)

Describe the Issue
Playing Enigmatica 10. The mod worked perfectly fine on Enigmatica 10 v1.19 but for whatever reason fails to load on E10 v1.20.0.
The crash log seems to be referring to a list in the config for the mod but upon checking the config its identical to how it looked in the previous modpack build so idk what changed.

UPDATE; updating Balm from 21.0.31 to 21.0.33 fixed the crash (i had found a previous issue report in this github referring to the same issue, but when I looked at the final comment it mentioned that "21.0.31+" should have fixed the issue so I had assumed 21.0.31 should have worked in addition to any newer versions. Updating balm to .33 as a sanity check happened to fix it
