Describe the Issue

I expected fall damage to be negated by falling on slime blocks, or reduced by falling on a bed or hay bale. Instead, I still got 19 damage points upon falling. Fall damage is prevented by sliding down honey blocks and vines, falling on cobweb or on water, slime blocks seem to be the exception.
