[BUG] Places off-hand blocks upon retrieval

Describe the bug
When retrieving your grave, if the grave has a placeable block in your off-hand, the item will be placed immediately.

To Reproduce

  1. Put a placeable block in your offhand
  2. "Generate" a grave
  3. Retrieve grave

Expected behavior
No item should be placed upon retrieval.
