Was walking down a beach, some fighting, but I doubt that had anything to do with the hard crash.

Got this message at the end of the log file:

[18:31:20] [Server thread/WARN] [supermartijn642corelib/]: Could not find value 'formations:template_editor' in registry 'minecraft:item' for @RegistryEntryAcceptor!

Yeah make sure you are using an up to date version of that mod and if so, report it to them.

Can you share the crash report or logs/latest.log? (Preferably through https://gist.github.com)

I am not too sure when I will have time to look into it or to work on mods, so there's no rush.

Yup, that is it.
As far as I can tell, there's just a single line in the log with a warning about "Could not find value 'formations:template_editor' in ..." and there's no crash.

Well, I was playing, and then there was desktop. lol
I'm not sure what else to tell you.
Perhaps there is another kind of log to send? I am using Crash Assistant, if that helps at all.

Could you share the crash report? Whenever Minecraft crashes the launcher will typically give you a popup with a 'View crash report' (or something like that) option.

It did, but I mindlessly closed it to get on my browser, sorry.
I will look for another crash report.
... I see a lot of .log.gz files, and one for today. Are those helpful?
Actually, I have two.. One in "minecraft\logs", and one in a sub-directory called "crash_assistant".

Unfortunately, neither .log.gz file will go into https://gist.github.com/.

It would just be a .log or .txt file in the 'crash-reports' folder next to your mods folder.

That is indeed the report I meant.
The crash in the report is caused by 'pixeldreamstudios.mobs_of_mythology' and is unrelated to Formations. It specifically occurs in a method from KoboldEntity in case you were doing something related to such an entity.
