Describe the bug
The Sifter will function normally, sifting the eligible blocks in the top slot. However, only four of the slots below the sifting UI will be filled; the far right slot never fills, even to the point of the sifter consuming a block and not giving an item if it was not one of the other four already sifted items.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a Sifter
2. Use Sifter with stacks of eligible blocks (Dirt, Sand, Gravel, etc)
3. Watch as the far right slot never fills

Expected behavior
The fifth slot should fill with some sort of item, and the sifter should halt if all slots are filled, similar to a furnace.

Additional context
When I noticed, I quickly set up a dirty hopper collection system, but still worth noting because items genuinely disappear as is.
