There is an issue with water and other details such as fire, torch animations, the books on enchanting tables, waypoints and certain mobs. It has been suggested that shaders be used as a fix but my tiny laptop and worse internet connection refused to run them with a decent fps.

So is anyone else having his issue? How did you fix it? It is incredibly difficult to make a farm when you cant see the water.
