smal dinosaurs and prehistoric animals cant hunt in the wild on other dinos succefully

i dont know if this is a bug but smal dinos e.g.: Ornitholestes cant seem to find food if they trie to hunt somthing the ornitholestes always dies same for other prehistoric creatures e.g: tiktaalik cant eat and then i cant get walking in their wild anymore safly becous they wil trie to kill me
