So, according to the wiki page about upcoming content, it's planned to make a past dimension with the time machine. But it will not be possible to make dinosaurs naturally spawn.

My idea now is the possibility, to make the past the standard dimension in the configs. So that you automatically spawn there, instead of in the overworld.
