Repairing scarab tools removes enchantment

Repairing scarab tools on the archeology workbench with relic scraps removes the enchantments on them.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enchant a scarab pickaxe
- Repair it on an archeology workbench with relic scraps
It should retain the enchantments, unless this is intended behavior.
